7.Prayaschitta Karma in response to the adulteration of Tirupati Laddu
Every individual is born with three obligations that must be fulfilled for the overall balance and harmony of life, that are termed as Deva Runa, Rishi Runa and Pitru Runa.
In order to fulfill these obligations, an individual has an inherent and primary responsibility to preserve the existence of Sanatana Dharma. Only by doing so can the individual fulfill the duties of life.
Sanatanis have overlooked this inherent obligation of preserving Dharma, which is why we witness events such as adulteration of tirupati laddu taking place.
Under the guidance of Acharya-Dr.Jammalamadaka Suryanarayana garu, we at Kameswari Foundation have performed the following acts as prayaschitta for our failure in preserving the sanctity of our kaliyuga daivam – Lord Venkateswara and for not being vigilant towards our culture and traditions.
Panchagavya Prasana – We have performed Shodashopachara puja for Lord Venkateswara and completed panchagavya prasana.
Walked barefoot from our communtiy (Neelima Cheguri Enclave,Madinaguda,Hyderabad) to nearby Lord Venkateswara Temple, with the intent of symbolically walking to Tirumala Hills.
At the temple, we did 11 pradakshinams and chanted Sri Vishnu Sahasra Nama stotram in the temple premises.
This act is a moral responsibility towards the preservation and maintenance of Sanatana Dharma. As a Dharmic foundation, we aimed to awaken our inner Sanatani through this activity—not only as a Prayaschitta for the mistake that occurred but also as a prayer to Lord Venkateswara to bless us with the energy and spirit to work for this everlasting culture and our land.
We are very happy to receive the blessings of Lord Venkateswara, who granted us the opportunity to worship him on the day of Ekadashi coinciding with a Saturday—a wonderful occurrence that happened without prior planning. It was a truly nostalgic moment for all of us involved!
8.MITS Students Visit to Our Gurukulam
15 students from Medha International School(MITS) visited our Gurukulam and had a fruitful interaction with our students and Acharyas.
Acharya-Dr.Jammalamadaka Suryanarayana garu oriented the students on the greatness of Gurukulams and their invaluable contributions to the society. He conveyed the importance of helping each other to achieve a balanced society, tracing the historical journey of Bharata Varsha and instilling in them the true essence of Bharatiyata.
The MITS students expressed happiness in visiting us and shared some groceries they had collected.
We thank you and appreciate the school management for giving their students a real-life experience of societal responsibilities at a young age.
