This course is intended for learners who already have a foundational understanding of Jyotiṣa Śāstra. Participants are expected to be familiar with essential concepts such as:

Pañcāṅgas – the five limbs of the traditional Indian almanac (Tithi, Vāra, Nakṣatra, Yoga, and Karaṇa)

Rāśis – the twelve zodiac signs
-
Bhāvas – the twelve houses and their significance in a horoscope
-
Grahas (Planets) – the nine planets used in Jyotiṣa and their general attributes
A working knowledge of how these elements interact in a basic horoscope is necessary to gain the most from this course.
